On 2° out west we talk with climate experts and advocates to bring you stories, experiences, and insights from their work in the places we call home.

We find, legislators, researchers, organizers, conservation advocates, and more to ask about what we can do to help protect the West’s land, air, and water – and, yes, to fight the climate crisis and hold global heating to within 2 degrees Celsius.

Jessi is an artist, advocate and community leader in the high desert of Northern Nevada. She's a wild West transplant with a special love and respect for the open spaces and arid landscapes of Nevada. At Western Resource Advocates, Jessi serves as the multimedia storyteller where she helps to share the tales of her colleagues as they work tirelessly to combat climate change and protect the environment, people and economies of the Interior Western United States.
